Grantee Portal Update

Attention Grantees and Partners: DSYF’s new grants management system is now live! To submit an LOI, please visit the How to Apply page. For information on instructions and eligibility to submit a capacity building request, visit our Capacity Building Initiative.
If you have an upcoming report due, you will soon receive an invitation to access the portal.

Grantee Reporting Forms and Instructions

Please note that all reports must be submitted via our new Grantee Portal.

To submit your report:

• Check the portal and see if you have an account: DSYF Grantee Portal
• If you don’t have an account complete the online Portal user registration form.
• Once submitted, you will receive an email invitation to complete the registration process and upload your report.
• Report forms are linked on the homepage of the portal.

If you already have a portal account but can’t remember your username, try using the prefix of your email address (before the “@”) as your username and reset your password using the portal’s “Forgot Password” feature. If you need further assistance, please email us at portal@stuartfoundation.org.
