This training event will build participants’ knowledge and confidence in using data as a tool to improve programs, understand needs, showcase successes, and meet reporting requirements. It will explore ways that data are generated and then transformed into information, knowledge, and finally wise action – and how to choose the best approach. The session also will include discussion about the central role of people and power in gathering, understanding, and using data. Using interactive group activities and examples, participants will have a chance to practice and strengthen their “data muscles.”

AI for Nonprofits, Part 1: Unlock Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Impact
